  • The most important Dubai Safari park rules are to take utmost safety precautions and follow social distancing of at least 2 meters from other visitors. Dubai Safari Park has installed thermal cameras with mandatory temperature checks before entering the venue.
  • Visitors are supposed to respect the animals and regulations of the park as you are not supposed to tease the animals.
  • Visitors are not supposed to litter around the park in any way, shape, or form.
  • Visitors can find signs and markings on the floors which are there to equip them with all the necessary safety protocols at the park. From 5th October 2020, there have been certain changes implemented in the Dubai Safari Park rules as the visitors are able to purchase the masks and gloves from the vending machines in the park. You can also avail hand sanitizers as you arrive.
  • It is not allowed to bring scooters, skateboards, bicycles, or roller skates inside the park as it might compromise other guests’ safety.
  • You are not allowed to bring balls, toy guns, flash photography equipment, or balloons inside the park as these items may cause stress to the animals and compromise their health and security.
  • There are designated smoking areas in the park where you can smoke should you feel the need.
  • One of the most important Dubai Safari Park rules is that you are not supposed to bring outside food and beverages, pets, alcohol drinks, and drones inside the park.

  • Wheelchair- The Safari Park Dubai can be accessed via wheelchair which visitors can avail from the guest service counter. The wheelchair service is free of cost, but it works out on a first-come, first-served approach.
  • Toilets- Restrooms are located in the Main Building and throughout the Park's village area. Every restroom block has a bathroom that can also accommodate People of Determination (POD).
  • Lost & Found Assistance- If you lose your possessions while on safari, you can seek assistance from the service team in the Main Building. You can also ask the service crew via phone or email them at dssupport@dubaisafariae if you have left the Park.
  • Souvenir Photos- You can get yourself clicked by our professional photographers at the Park. Click pictures while approaching the park, treating the animals, and exploring the park and withhold them as keepsakes. Accumulate your photos at the Main Building Souvenir Photos Counter.
  • Information Counter- If you require guidance with navigation, park statistics, or advice, the Safari park's welcoming customer care staff are available in the entrance area.
  • First Aid- Visitors can avail the facility of an in-house paramedic team in case of emergencies during the safari.
  • Baby Changing Rooms- Visitors with toddlers can use baby changing rooms that are available in all the villages of the park.
  • Prayer Rooms- The Park has certain prayer rooms for visitors in four locations: the Main Building, Asian Village, Explorer Village, and African Village.
  • Free WiFi- The Dubai Safari Park lets you enjoy the facility of free WiFi connection. You can ask for the username and password at the main entrance of the park.
  • Kids Ride- There are mini cars available as rentals for children at the African Village and Explorer Village.
